Paul Dolman

Born in Debyshire, Paul moved as a child to Devon, where he began collecting a series of awards as a junior artist.

Paul's first job was as a pottery designer, and he quickly moved on to become an illustrator for the ‘South Devon Scene’, a local newspaper based in the internationally renowned art college Dartington Hall near Totnes, Devon.

Paul is passionate about painting and, in recent years, has moved towards oil and pastels, creating wonderfully atmospheric and vivid landscapes full of life and drama.

His technique is sophisticated and unique, providing great depth to a work that is continually evolving.

Paul's work has achieved international recognition for its quality, clarity, dramatic light and atmosphere.
