Post & Packing: We use insured U.K couriers to deliver all orders. We offer free postage to the U.K on orders over £400 (with the exception of certain outlying areas). Europe/Worldwide delivery prices vary so please call us to enquire.
Once an order is made on-line you will be contacted regarding convenient delivery days.
We can send orders out on a next day courier service Monday-Thursday when items are in stock. Please call to enquire - 01235 521815
Please be aware that packaging items properly is a time consuming process. We will always aim to get your order out as quickly as possible, but we can encounter some delays when we become busy in the Gallery.
On rare occasions delivery times can be delayed due to courier delays or stock issues.
Please contact us if orders are urgent.
Overseas Delivery times from 3 - 14 working days - please call for a quotation and to order.
Damaged items Returns Policy: In the unlikely event of you receiving damaged goods, we would need to be informed within 12 hours of receipt so please check the artwork within this time frame. We may also require you to take photographs of the damage for insurance purposes. We will/may require the original packaging to be returned as well as the item. Your consumer statutory rights remain unaffected.
Some items are excluded from the free delivery offer, including very large and fragile works of art which may require a specialist delivery service. Please contact us for quotations in these circumstances. We reserve the right to remove the free delivery offer at any time.
Abingdon Gallery and its representatives will make every effort to help you identify, source, secure and purchase art for your home or office. In line with the Sales of Goods Act 1979 we are happy to replace any work that is found not to be;
- as described
- fit for purpose
- of satisfactory quality
The Gallery must be contacted within seven days of the purchase of goods should you require to exercise these rights.
Please note that the gallery is under no legal obligation to provide you with a refund if;
- You change your mind about a painting
- You decide you do not like it
However, we will always try to work with you to appropriately remedy any situations arising from the later.
The foregoing does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
